1. All order will be delivered by Pos Laju only.

A) Peninsular Malaysia
- RM 6.00 (for items below 0.5kg)
- RM 8.00 (for items from 0.5-1.0kg)
B) Sabah & Sarawak
- RM9.00 (for items below 0.5kg)
- RM12.00 (for items from 0.5-1.0kg)
2. Once parcel shipped, we will provide tracking # and your parcel can be tracked at www.poslaju.com.my or call 1-300-300-300 to track your delivery item(s).
3. Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. We does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.
Return Policy
1. The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed and unaltered.
2. Request to exchange must be made within 2 working days after item(s) received.
3. Following charges to bear by customer:
- Delivery fee for returning the item(s) to us
- Delivery fees for sending out replacement item(s) to customer
4. Customer is required to top up any differences of the exchanged item, if any.
5. Exchange will be only processed after the returned item has been received and verified.
